About this contract

The Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle is launching a major renovation programme of its main site in South Kensington. This programme will span over several years and involve a technical and regulatory upgrade of the 7 buildings of the site. The Lycée is seeking to appoint an Independent Client Adviser to assist the Lycée in the procurement of a multidisciplinary design and project management team, and then to supervise the design studies until the completion of the Developed Design stage (=stage 3 of the RIBA plan of work 2013).
