PROJECT DESCRIPTION: From scaffold, remove existing roof coverings and replace with vapour permeable under felt, treated battens and concrete profiled interlocking tiles, and associated works including renewing with plastic gutters and down pipes, fascia and soffit boards, and leadwork. Increase loft insulation to 270mm thick minimum. PROJECT LOCATION: 2-24, Channel View, North Street, Folkestone, Kent CT19 6AG PROJECT START DATE: Work is expected to start September 2015. CONTRACT PERIOD: This projected is expected to last 12 weeks The occupants of the properties will be in situ.
