About this contract

Hull City Council is currently undertaking the construction of three new Extra Care facilities within the Hull boundary; these will provide accommodation for both elderly and / or vulnerable people. It is anticipated that the first of these will be completed in next few months, with residents moving in shortly thereafter. To ensure the first and new occupants of these individual apartments is supported in their removal and relocation to their new home, the Council is setting up a Framework Agreement for Removals firms to offer full support, including provision of boxes and packing materials, assistance with packing where required, the removal and unpacking of belongings at new homes.
