About this contract

The service provision will cover the following requirements, • Removal, Storage and Disposal of Illegally Parked Vehicles 1. Where a vehicle has failed to comply with temporary legal notifications placed on the public highway, of impending work under the PFI process, a Penalty Charge Notice may be issued and a request to Soft Lift the vehicle may be placed with the Service Provider. 2. When a Parking Services Civil Enforcement Officer observes a vehicle parked in contravention of a traffic parking order a Penalty Charge Notice may be issued. If the Civil Enforcement Officer is of the opinion that the vehicle should be removed, a request is made to the Service Provider who will attend the scene of the contravention and remove the vehicle to the car pound. 3. Removal of vehicles directly effecting or have a risk of affecting any events within Sheffield. Additional information: Please do not contact direct.
