About this contract
The service provision will cover the following requirements, • Removal, Storage and Disposal of Illegally Parked Vehicles 1. Where a vehicle has failed to comply with temporary legal notifications placed on the public highway, of impending work under the PFI process, a Penalty Charge Notice may be issued and a request to Soft Lift the vehicle may be placed with the Service Provider. 2. When a Parking Services Civil Enforcement Officer observes a vehicle parked in contravention of a traffic parking order a Penalty Charge Notice may be issued. If the Civil Enforcement Officer is of the opinion that the vehicle should be removed, a request is made to the Service Provider who will attend the scene of the contravention and remove the vehicle to the car pound. 3.
