About this contract
The existing fire alarm systems throughout the campus are from multiple manufacturers. There are a number of conventional (non-addressable) and legacy systems that are old, obsolete and spares are increasingly difficult to source. There are also several buildings with insufficient detection and no visual beacons in key areas. The intention is to install a modern fully addressable system that is compliant and has the flexibility to match the College's fire strategy.
