About this contract

Bolsover District Council are looking to undertake remedial roof works. The project is to carry our major repairs to the roof of the communal block of flats at 82 - 84A High Street, Clowne S43 4JU. An engineer's report has identified significant deflection along the ridge and purlin lines, due to inadequacies within the roof construction which has promoted lateral displacement along the eaves line to the front of the property resulting in the formation of a vertical crack adjacent the party wall line.
