About this contract
Proud to Care Cornwall (PtC) is an initiative to raise the profile of careers in the social care sector in the county and support employers with workforce related issues including training, recruitment and retention. The Council's Strategic External Workforce team oversee this activity and are leading on the delivery of a new workforce strategy for the local independent care sector workforce. As part of the delivery plan, we are initiating a project to commission the design of a comprehensive Registered Manager Development Programme (RMDP).
