About this contract
Reside With Progress (RWP) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete a refurbishment works on one of their properties Lyndale, Tilley, Wem. RWP intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following; • Roof replacement • New fascia's, soffits and rainwater goods • Replacement of Septic tank • Improvements to roof insulation and ventilation • Replacement of all external windows and doors • Forming new front and rear entrance steps • Installation of new fire rated internal doors and frames • Replacement of kitchen • Replacement of all sanitary fittings to form new bathroom • Alteration to existing plumbing and electrical installations • Installation of new LD1 fire detection system • Provision of new heating installation inc ASHP and underfloor heating • New floor coverings throughout • Replacement of fencing to the rear garden, replacement of pavings and laying new turf • Complete internal and external decorations on completion. Site Visits All contractors MUST visit site prior to submitting a tender. The property will be opened up and available for inspection on 15th December between 10am and 3pm. Only this date and time will be made available for internal inspection. It is an open house and no appointment is necessary.
