About this contract

The Forestry Commission is inviting tenders for the refurbishment of a detached 3-bedroom property set deep within Gisburn forest. The work has been divided into two lots: • Lot 1 includes the decommissioning of current open fire back boiler, supply and installation of oil fired central heating system and 1 multi fuel stove. • Lot 2 includes all other work including: • supply and installation of a new kitchen and bathroom suite • supply and installation of flooring throughout • general building and joinery work • decorating throughout • electrical installation • clearing and cleaning Those interested in tendering for the works can bid for one or both lots and must express their interest in this tender to Mike Graham at our Bellingham office by email or in writing by Wednesday 18th November 2015 to allow us to notify you of any questions and answers we may receive.
