About this contract
Remodelling and extension works to existing 1960s village hall in Blewbury, Didcot, Oxfordshire. Works include: Energy upgrades to building fabric and a mixture of new external finishes over the insulation layer including timber cladding and render. Main hall floor replaced with sprung timber floor suitable for dance and badminton. Heating, ventilation and audio appliances. Creation of new primary façade with feature entrance . Refurbishment of Post Office and locum GP surgery. New external doors and windows . Replacement lighting . Strip out and replace toilets, reform and install new kitchen. External works include drainage alterations.
