About this contract

The detailed design and construction of one new industrial unit, replacing one damaged by fire, including associated external works, drainage and service connections. In addition, the refurbishment and alteration of one adjoining unit. All tender documents are provided for below for downloading. Please note that this is one-stage tender process with no pre-qualification stage/documentation. JCT Standard Form of Building Contract - Design and Build 2011 will form the basis of this contract. Additional information: IMPORTANT: Please register your interest by emailing the contact named above so that you can be advised of any amendments to the tender documents prior to the tender closing date. Tenderers must have a minimum annual turnover of two times the total contract value. Please note that a revised version of the Tender Specification (Rev A) was placed on Contracts Finder on 7.7.16. The changes from the original Specification occur only in Section 6 (Works) and highlighted in red type.
