About this contract

The School require their catering service contractor to provide a very high quality food offer within a meal cost pricing structure for boarding students and competitive tariff for the main school. The following table details the meal times, days and weeks required .Service provided Times Days WeeksBreakfast 07:30 - 08:00 5 39Break 10:35 - 11:05 5 39Lunch 12:50 - 13:40 5 39Evening Meal 17:50 - 18:15 4 39In addition, there is a requirement for hospitality, sporting events and client issues.The turnover for the current catering service is circa GBP400KThe Boarding School operates Sunday evening through to Friday PM and students receive three meals and two snacks per day.
