About this contract

Action for Children is a leading childrens charity with approximately 650 services throughout the UK. Action for Children continually aims to improve efficiency, effectiveness and long-term security, one of our three primary strategic objectives. We are seeking expressions of interest from established suppliers to deliver Reactive Works across the entire property portfolio throughout England, Scotland and Wales. To allow for coverage across England , Scotland and Wales the provision may be split across geographic locations with potential of 'lots'. The contract will be for an initial Three (3) year term with the option to extend for a further one (1) year. The provisions to be included within this requirement as follows: Access Control System Maintenance Air Conditioning Engineers / Maintenance Decorators Drainage Engineers Electricians Fire Door Maintenance Flooring Gardening Gas Boiler Maintenance Gas Engineers General Builders Glazers Grounds Maintenance Heating Engineers (Non Gas) Joiners Locksmith Pest Control Plumbers Roller Shutter Maintenance Roofers
