About this contract

Guinness Partnership are looking to consult the market regarding the delivery of a responsive repair service to customer homes and any works required to temporarily empty homes. The main objectives of this consultation are: 1. To inform the decision on a delivery model that meets the quality, cost, risk management and responsiveness required by The Guinness Partnership to deliver high customer satisfaction based on the capabilities, geographical coverage and capacity of market participants 2. To gather feedback from market participants on what would make these contracts desirable, run as smoothly as possible and enable contractors to deliver to any agreed service levels. 3. To gather insight into current market trends and innovations The contract will cover some or all (depending on the outcome of the market consultation) of the requirement for reactive repairs and works to temporarily empty homes to the approximately 10,900 homes within the South-West region. This may cover some or all trades and some or all areas within the South-West depending on the outcome of this consultation. This will include but not be limited to Joinery, Electrical works, Plumbing, Ground works, Damp, Plastering, Glazing, Brickwork and Roofing. The value input for the contract is an estimate and there is no guarantee of value or of contract award connected to this PIN.
