About this contract

A real time care worker rostering and client visit management solution is required to replace the Council's existing Reablement Service Rostering solution. This business-critical solution allows real time service planning to a front-line service providing essential care and related services. The system will support client and care worker monitoring, tracking and updating of client information, including automated visit scheduling and integral reporting.
