About this contract

Cheltenham Borough Homes (CBH) on behalf of Cheltenham Borough Council (CBC) is procuring a 5 yr contract for the provision of re-roofing & other identified works to the external envelope of domestic dwellings. The properties (Sites) are located within the Borough of Cheltenham. CBH owns a housing stock of approx. 4.5 thousand properties consisting of 42% houses and 52% Flats. The properties range from pre1900 - today with the majority built after the 2nd World War. There is a mixture of traditional and Non-trad buildings. A programme for the first 5 years has been identified although it is subject to change. The first years' programme is made up of 37 houses and 15 blocks of flats. The identified budget for each year is £500,000. Ideally the first years' programme will start in November and be completed by 31st March dependant on how quickly a contractor is appointed and can mobilise the work on site.
