About this contract

The Authority is seeking to select a development partner to work with them to extract the full value from the 8 Albert Embankment site whilst re-providing the fire station and a new Museum facility. The disposal is to secure base capital value that will adequately cover these facilities, make optimum use of the site, maximise site value and provide a guaranteed minimum receipt.
