About this contract

ORE Catapult is the UK's primary research institute for offshore renewable technologies. We stimulate the translation of university research into commercial products, by providing unique research, testing and validation capabilities to de-risk technologies, and by signposting the innovation challenges and commercial opportunities in the sector. To better inform, guide and manage our innovation activities, ORE Catapult is seeking to procure a strategic roadmapping tool with integrated project portfolio management. Through this procurement we are seeking to engage a partner to design and implement a software solution for our strategic roadmapping needs. This software solution needs to include an integrated project portfolio management, resource management and time-sheeting system, with appropriate linkages between the roadmapping level and the project level. The proposal shall include working with internal ORE Catapult stakeholders to understand and refine existing roadmapping practices and project management processes in order to prepare a satisfactory design for the software solution. ORE Catapult will organise participation of any external stakeholders (if required).
