About this contract

The Service Provider will deliver a SEND Mediation and Disagreement Resolution service to parents and carers of children aged 0 to 25 with special educational needs (SEN) and/or disabilities and to young people who live within Sunderland and attend schools and other educational settings. This service will include providing information, advice and support services and should make children, young people and parents aware of the local authority's process for resolving disagreements and for mediation, and on the routes of appeal and complaint on matters related to SEN and disability.
