Manchester City Council is seeking to commission an appropriately qualified consultant to produce a Neighbourhood Development Framework for the Ardwick Green area of the City. This Neighbourhood Development Framework (NDF) is required to guide future development activity in Ardwick Green to assist the creation of a new attractive and successful neighbourhood where people will choose to live, work and invest.
