Provision of Framework Agreement for Supporter Engagement Services for the Period of Two Years with Two Options to Extend for Twelve Months each Over the past four years, in an effort to grow our fundraising programme we developed a supporter engagement strategy to take a more holistic view of the year, we are looking to procure a supplier who can assist in continuing the delivery of that strategy. Please refer to the ‘PURCH2841 Invitation to Tender Goods or Services’ for further details and specification This procurement process is being conducted using the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN) in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 30 of the PC(S)R 2015. Although this procurement is being conducted under the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN), it is structured differently from a typical CPN process. This approach has been adopted to enhance the efficiency of evaluating supplier responses across both stages (SPD and ITT).Value not published
