PURCH2632 Contract Agreement for the Purchase of a High-Precision Mask Aligner for Advanced Photolithography Applications. For the period of 12 months, with the option to extend for 4 x 12 months (Service / Maintenance). Tender documents available from Public Contracts Scotland.
