About this contract

Birmingham City University (BCU) requires the provision of Venue(s) and associated services to host the graduation ceremonies from 2023 until 2027, an overview of this is as follows: • 10 - 14 graduation ceremonies held each year on 7 non-consecutive days in January and July • There are 2 ceremonies held each day • Each ceremony held will attract up to 700 students and the room must have the capacity to accommodate a minimum of 2 guests per student at the ceremonies • Online and offline booking facilities The Contract to be tendered will be for a period of 3 years anticipated to commence on 14th of April 2022, and subject to satisfactory performance an option to extend for a further period of 24 months.
