Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust is seeking a provider for lift replacement and refurbishment.<br/><br/>The work required is for the replacement two MRL traction passenger lifts and the refurbishment of one hydraulic lift within the Kaleidoscope Building, 32 Rushey Green, Catford.<br/>The existing North and South lifts are to be replaced in their entirety with a completely new traction Heavy-Duty MRL installation including associated building & electrical works. The West lift will be refurbished including a new control system, hydraulic drive system, car & landing entrance equipment and associated builders and electrical works.<br/><br/>Also included in the project is the replacement and upgrade of Lift 11 located in University Hospital Lewisham, DOD Block<br/>Works to Lifts shall include;<br/>· Replacement of hoist motors<br/>· Installation of new lift controllers<br/>· New safety gear<br/>· New governor<br/>· Installation of new car and landing door system including door operator<br/>· Lift management system<br/>· Lift and Machine Room communication system<br/>· Improvements to passenger ride quality<br/>· New lift car interior panels including walls, ceiling and floor.<br/>· New car operating panels.<br/>· New landing appointments flush mounted<br/>· Work Health and Safety Requirements<br/>· Allowance to engage the site incumbent BMS specialist to carry out any necessary BMS works.<br/>· Allowance to engage fire alarm specialist for any modifications required by the design.<br/><br/>Life expectancy: 20 Years<br/>Lift Operation: Heavy Duty Passenger Lift.<br/>The new lift components shall utilise open protocol systems, no closed systems will be considered.Value not published
