About this contract

The Police and Crime Commissioner(s) for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire (hereinafter known as "The Customer") invite you to quote for the Provision of Support Services to the Cisco/Juniper Network Infrastructure Hardware Estate, the customer an initial 12 month contract to commence from the 1st April 2017 until 31st March 2018 with the option to extend for a further 12 months, subject to agreement between both parties. The support for the hardware will be required for 8hrs, 5 days per week with Next Business Day (NBD) replacement
