About this contract

The Superfast South Yorkshire (SFSY) programme is a partnership of the four South Yorkshire local authorities - Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield, who are leading the investment in connectivity to deliver economic and social benefits. Superfast South Yorkshire is seeking a supplier to design and produce printed material that will be used to promote the programme. Suppliers must have the capability to deliver the materials with the following specifications · Litho, digital, bespoke print services · Large format printing · Collation and distribution services · On-press approval where required · Protection coatings · Binding · Exceptional print and material quality Primary printed materials will include, but not limited to; Leaflets & flyers (range of sizes and materials) Posters (Various sizes and materials that could include billboards) Postcards (range of sizes and materials) Stickers (specifications in pricing schedule) Bespoke printed material for events Business cards Full specification, design, quality, specific paper or other product standards and sizing will be provided on an individual job basis. Additional information: Instructions to Suppliers: Tenderers will find the tender documentation on the Yortender E tendering system to download Interested organisations or individuals should submit their proposal via the YORtender System by 12 midday on the 28th September 2016 Interested organisations or individuals should note the Yortender system will switch from Version two to version three in the tender period and there will be no access to the system from 5pm on the 22nd September until 9 am on the 26th September 2016 . This means the system is not open to register for the tender so tenderers are advised to register for the tender opportunity to access the tender documents as soon as possible. Full advice and guidance on the transfer is given on the Yortender Home page It is the tenderer's responsibility to ensure that their tender is submitted successfully before the tender deadline and are familiar with the operation of the Yortender system in submitting the tender response. The tenderers must have fully completed the submission of their tender on Yortender system before the deadline, failure to do this will mean you will not be able to submit a tender. Please note the system will shut down on the deadline and therefore any uncompleted uploading will not be accepted by the system. Late tenders will not be accepted nor tenderers submitted outside the system Guides and a helpdesk facility are available for tenderers for guidance and assistance on the Yortender system Tenderers are recommended to ensure they leave sufficient time to submit their tender on the system.
