About this contract
This particular requirement relates to BDBC and HCC jointly commissioning PR and Communication Services for the Manydown project to support the development of a detailed masterplan and the submission of an outline planning application for the first phase of the project. The services will cover: Public Engagement Public Consultation Communications strategy, including the creation and preparation of marketing documentation, advice on and implementation of effective engagement and consultation methods Additional information: The Council is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to Tenderers and all communications with the Council, including the submission of Tenderers' Responses, will be conducted via the ProContract system, which can be accessed using the following link: https://www.businessportal.southeastiep.gov.uk For the information of Tenderers, the procedure for accessing the system is set out below: (a) Once you have reviewed the documentation, please decide whether you intend to respond or would like to opt out and click on the appropriate button to submit your intent. (b) To complete your response click on the button titled 'Response Wizard' where you will be taken through each required section. If you are unsure at any point please refer to the Help points which are listed on the right hand side of every page. Click 'Next' and complete the 'Tender Information Screen' making sure to complete the mandatory 'My Reference' field. Complete the terms and conditions section as desired. When complete, look over the details and 'Save As Draft' if you are not yet ready to submit the response. (c) If you wish to edit your draft response before submitting, please click on 'View Response' and click on 'Edit' for each section you wish to amend or add to. (d) Once you are happy with the Draft, click 'View Response' and select 'Submit Response'. PLEASE NOTE: ALL ELEMENTS OF YOUR SUBMISSION MUST BE INCLUDED WITHIN YOUR ATTACHMENTS.
