About this contract

Personal gas detection equipment is a critical piece of safety equipment for Marine Surveyors in the Maritime & Coastguard Agency. The MCA has a requirement to purchase One Hundred and Thirty Personal Gas Meters to be used by MCA Surveyors for personal protection when entering dangerous or enclosed spaces. In addition, eleven (11) calibration base stations compatible with the supplied gas meters are required.
