About this contract
NOTE: This notice was updated on 01 February 2016 for the following reason: Other additional information: The Authority has taken the decision to abandon the procurement exercise in order to review the current procurement process and considers its options; therefore can not continue with this procurement exercise. Wandsworth Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and competent suppliers for the provision of maintenance services to the communal extract fans and boosted water pumpsets that serve residential properties on the Council’s housing estates across the borough. There are approximately 165 sites (accounting for over 380 fans) covered by the communal extract fans contract (plus 3 smoke detector blocks). There are approximately 144 residential blocks (with 126 cold water booster sites) covered by the boosted water pumpsets contract (plus 15 sump pump sites).
