About this contract

The Council require specialist external legal support to handle, investigate and administer litigated liability and motor claims. Some pre-litigated cases are also handled by external legal partners dependent on the complexity of the issues of the case or in peak periods of workflow for the internal team. Pre-litigation claims are most usually Social Care and Disease.
