About this contract

The reconnecting Boston Manor Park project is a jointly funded initiative between the London Borough of Hounslow, the Heritage Lottery Fund [HLF] and other generous funders. The project has received a Round 1 pass from the Heritage Lottery Fund, who has provided initial funding for the development stage works. The London Borough of Hounslow now wishes to obtain competitive tenders for and to appoint a Landscape Architect for RIBA (2013) Work Stages 2 to 7, with a break-point after RIBA 4, subject to funding. LBH is not contractually obliged to reappoint or extend the contract after this break-point.
