About this contract

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is conducting an open procedure to obtain Investment Services for the Official Solicitor to the Senior Courts (referred to as the Official Solicitor and the Public Trustee). The Authority intends to enter into 2 single contracts, one for the Official Solicitor (OS) and one for the Public Trustee (PT). The Official Solicitor (OS) and the Public Trustee (PT) oversee asset management for their clients. This initiative aims to procure expert investment guidance to ensure the effective management of these assets for a period of up to 5 years.
