About this contract

Haringey Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the Provision of HRS - Single Homeless Pathway Services. The Council is seeking to commission accommodation and support services for people experiencing homelessness with support needs aged over 18. The services will operate a flexible delivery model and provide a range of support levels that offers people a personalised pathway away from homelessness, that builds on their strengths and aspirations for the future. Services will be procured in 6 lots as described below: Lot 1- Intensive and Long term support Lot 2- Intensive support Lot 3- Women's Intensive support Lot 4- Flexible support Lot 5- LGBTQ+ Transitional support Lot 6- Transitional & move on service The Council will follow an Open tender procedure for this procurement. Contracts will be awarded on the basis of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT), the weighting for Quality/ Price is 60/40. Further details are set out in the in the Invitation to tender documents. It is anticipated that the contracts will start from 11th March 2022. The duration of contracts across all Lots will be for a period of 4 years, with option to extend for a further period(s) of 2+1 years, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, and subject to satisfactory performance.
