About this contract

Hillingdon is looking to appoint the services of experienced contractor to undertake flood risk reductions works at Cranford Park Estate located within the London Borough of Hillingdon. All works are to be practically completed by 31st March 2024. The project is in collaboration with Groundworks and Metis and is funded by the GLA. The works will be conducted under a JCLI under a Landscape Works Contract 2017 (JCLI LWC 2017). For the avoidance of doubt, all costs incurred by any applicant and / or tenderer before signature of any contract with the Contracting Authority shall be incurred entirely at that applicants / tenderers risk.
