About this contract

The University requires a contractor to undertake the fire alarm maintenance service in accordance with industry best practice BS5839-1 which is to include 2 visits per year. The contractor will be responsible for the provision of maintaining 75 fire alarm installations across the University Campuses and providing a call out response to faults.
