About this contract

Caerphilly County Borough Council Social Services, Adult Services has the requirement for the Provision of Extra Care. Extra Care housing service enables people to retain control over their own lives, maximising opportunities for independence and social inclusion, while receiving the support they need in a safe environment within a community setting. People living in an extra care facility will expect to receive a level of support which is higher, or more flexible than would be provided in their own homes, but lower than would be provided in a residential or nursing care home.
