This Invitation to Tender is issued by Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) on behalf of Ubico Ltd and are seeking a supplier for the Provision of External Audit Services. On return of all tenders following tender return deadline, all submissions will initially be evaluated on a pass/fail basis and only tenderers who have passed this stage will their quality and price submission evaluated. Evaluation will be based on the below criteria (1) Selection Questionnaire (SQ) - Pass/Fail (2) Invitation to Tender (ITT) - Weighted Quality Questions and Price After evaluation of the ITT submissions, the one tenderer who achieves the highest score in both quality and price will be awarded the contract.£225,000
