The Client aims to regenerate the site to provide a pleasant living environment for both new and existing residents. The Project has achieved planning permission and aims to deliver 87 residential dwellings. The scheme consists of the creation of car parking spaces, cycle storage, and tree planting and landscaping.The anticipated build period for the Contract will be approximately 30 months.£23,000,000
