About this contract

The Sheffield City Region Mayoral Combined Authority (SCRMCA) is seeking the provision of janitorial, detail and periodic cleaning services including window cleaning for its Head Office Premises located at 11 Broad Street West, Sheffield, S1 2BQ. The building comprises of six floors, with only five floors in consideration within this contract; Ground, 1st, 3rd, 4th & 5th, which include a main reception area, open plan office space, multiple meeting rooms, kitchen areas, all toilet facilities and all communal lift lobby areas. Access to the building for cleaning purposes is between the hours of 08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Staff, contractors and visitors can frequent the site between the hours of 07:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday, many staff work on a flexitime basis within this time band; with a maximum capacity of 320 if all were to be on site at the same time.
