About this contract

The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham ('H&F council') requires a care and support provider to deliver services in a newly built supported living scheme for adults with learning disabilities at Emlyn Gardens, located in Shepherds Bush. The service consists of eight self-contained flats. The contract will commence between March and April 2025 for an initial term of three years with a possible extension of two years, at the discretion of H&F council.
