About this contract

The requirement is for a single supplier to provide software for a Risk and Incident Reporting Database which can be used to: - record risks; report incidents; manage concerns; complaints and claims; and to provide timely and accurate management information about these topics in a range of different formats for different levels of management within the Trust.
