About this contract

Harrogate Borough Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a single suitably qualified and competent contractor to provide a planned preventative maintenance and call out service for heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment at council owned properties in the Harrogate District. The contract will run for a period of one year commencing on 1 December 2018 with an option to extend by a further three 12 month periods.
