Provision of a Nursing Enhanced Assessment/ Discharge To Assess Beds Service. The Metropolitan Borough of Sandwell wishes to appoint a Contractor to provide a Nursing Enhanced Assessment/ Discharge To Assess Beds Service to be provided in one care home that is registered with the Care Quality Commission and located within the borough of Sandwell. For the provision of this service, 6 Nursing Enhanced Assessment/ Discharge to Assess Beds are required in one home and all of the beds must be available at the start of the Contract term.
