About this contract

In accordance with a number of European Directives on the energy performance of buildings and the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations 2007, the Council / other organisations are legally required to produce a valid energy performance certificate (non-Domestic EPC) every time housing properties are to be let to a new tenant or sold. This procurement is split into 4 lots, Lot 1 - Energy Performance Certificates (Non Domestic), Lot 2 - Energy Performance Certificates (Domestic), Lot 3 - Display Energy Certificates and Lot 4 - Stock Condition Surveys. https://www.localgov.co.uk/council-directory
