About this contract

North Lincolnshire Council is inviting proposals for a provider to lease and operate the new St John's Market Café located in Scunthorpe town centre. It will be in a newly developed market hall which is spread over 2 floors and located next to a cinema. The provider will provide the café under a 5 year concession contract.
