About this contract

An India-UK Tech Partnership Initiative 1. The FutureTECH festival is a thought- leadership festival taking place on 12 December 2018 at The Imperial Hotel, bringing together business, policy makers, venture capital, scientists, and entrepreneurs. 2. Announced by PMs Modi and May in April 2018 as a key deliverable in the India- UK Tech partnership, it will focus on the India- UK Tech Hub, Cluster Partnerships, AI/ Data, Future Healthcare, Future Mobility, FinTech and Cyber Security. 3. Attracting the best and brightest thought leaders, speakers, tech companies and entrepreneurs shaping the future, it will drive trade, investment and partnerships across key sectors, and promote and celebrate the UK and India as major tech and trading partners. 4. Taking place 2 years since PMs Modi and May inaugurated the India- UK Tech Festival in Delhi, November 2016, it will be the most significant UK-in-India event since Feb 2018's Createch Festival in Mumbai. This is a part of the GREAT campaign. It will demonstrate progress on the initiative announced during PM Modi's bi-lateral visit to UK in April 2018.
