About this contract

This provider panel is for Holiday Activities with Healthy Food (2022 - 2025). The Council wishes to seek a Panel of Providers that can undertake the following in the main holiday breaks i.e. Easter, Summer and Christmas. The Department of Education funding has been agreed for 2022, and although the DfE programme is for three years, DfE funding is only agreed on a year by year basis, consequently this contract will be awarded on a 12month plus 12month plus 12month basis. All providers will need to meet DfE framework of standards as below: • Food Provision • Enrichment Activities • Physical Activities • Increasing Awareness of Healthy Eating, healthy lifestyles, and positive behaviours • Signposting and referrals and supporting families • Safeguarding • Policies and Procedures
