About this contract
The works cover the supply of competent staff, transport, access & egress equipment to a variety of Education Premises, including Primary, Secondary & Academy Schools, Family Wellbeing Centres across the borough of Sefton. The location of the premises will generally be within the boundary of Sefton MBC however there are a small number of premises which may be outside the borough boundaries.\r \r The work requires contractor's operatives to undertake various surveys, inspections, tasks and checks in relation to managing the water systems within the Councils property portfolio to comply with BS8580-1: 2019 and the Approved Code of Practise L8, 4th Edition. The task is to attend each site named in the premises schedule and undertake a Water management quality Full and Complete Risk Assessment Survey, compile a Risk Assessment report document as per the specification and issue to each premise and group as required.
