About this contract

Southend Borough Council (SBC) and Rochford District Council (RDC) are seeking to procure a 'critical friend' to provide support and added value in the development of spatial option/s to support and inform the preparation of their respective emerging local development plans. The spatial options paper will need to consider options for meeting housing, employment and retail needs. The study area comprises all of Rochford District and Southend Borough Additional information: Evaluations will be completed by 13th December.
