A property consultant for Moss Farm LC, Northwich with appropriate qualifications (such as Chartered Surveyor) and experience in leisure assets to surrender all existing onsite leases, including the Brio Leisure lease. . Also, to renegotiate all the existing onsite sports clubs' leases plus any new leased areas such as the Artificial Grass Pitch and the new 3G pitch.
